PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION PRINCIPLES This policy sets out the rules for the collection and processing of your personal data as data subjects through the hound.sk website. The company Hound Design s.r.o., with registered office at Gelnická 1, 831 06 Bratislava - Rača, ID no: 51 055 708, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sro, Entry No.: 122256/B (hereinafter referred to as "Hound Design"), processes your personal data as a controller. The collection and processing of your personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation") and Act No 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amending and supplementing certain acts (hereinafter referred to as "Act"). We only process your personal data in a way that is appropriate to the purpose for which we collected it. The individual purposes for which we process personal data are set out below. Hound Design is responsible for the security of your personal data. To this end, we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure an adequate level of security. What information do we collect and process about you? We process all the data you provide to us in the registration process and when creating your account on the hound.sk website. Furthermore, we process all personal data you provide to us when creating an order for goods. Without providing them, we cannot validly conclude a contract and it will not be possible to properly fulfill it, i.e. to ensure delivery of the ordered goods. Transfer of personal data We do not currently transfer personal data to third countries. Recipients of personal data We provide your personal data to companies that process it for us in the capacity of processor, according to our instructions and in accordance with the relevant legislation, in particular for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations or for the purpose of fulfilling a contract that we have concluded with you:

• Slovak Parcel Service, s.r.o., with registered office at Senecká cesta 1, 900 28 Ivanka pri Dunaji, ID No.: 31329217 (the company that ensures the delivery of ordered goods)
• Google LLC (Google Analytics) - a company we use to analyse traffic on our website
• and, last but not least, persons who provide various services for us, such as bookkeeping, order and invoice management.

Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data We process your personal data for the purposes described in this policy on the basis of at least one of the following legal bases: Performance of the contract We process your personal data in order to provide you with our service of delivering the goods of your choice under the terms of delivery chosen by you. The provision of the data is therefore a necessary requirement for the fulfilment of our obligation under the contract you enter into with us by placing an order. Legitimate interests According to the Regulation, personal data can already be processed to pursue our legitimate interests. We carry out such processing for the following purposes:

• providing and improving services according to your needs and preferences;
• tracking user activity to understand how our services are being used and how they can be improved.

Compliance with a legal obligation We may also process your data if this is necessary to comply with our legal obligation (e.g. keeping accounting records, providing information at the request of the Data Protection Authority). Retention period of personal data We will process your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. Your rights As a data subject, you have the right to ask us to:

• access to personal data concerning you,
• correction of your personal data that is incorrect or completion of incomplete personal data,
• deletion of your personal data if the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we collected and processed it;
• restriction of processing, in particular if the personal data processed is incorrect, the processing is unlawful or the purpose of the processing of personal data has expired;
• portability of personal data, i.e. you have the right to obtain from us the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us and to transfer it to another controller.

In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you that we process on the basis of the pursuit of our legitimate interests. If you feel that we are violating your rights, you can file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. When you provide us with personal data, you undertake to provide us with correct and up-to-date data. This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy shall come into force and effect on the date of its publication on the hound.sk website. Hound Design reserves the right to change the wording of this Privacy & Personal Information Policy at any time.
